Filtration Maintenance Plans in Amherst, WI

Filtration Maintenance Plans in Amherst, WI

Whole house water filtration needs regular care. Cartridges load up, carbon beds get used, and control valves need their settings checked. A maintenance plan from Amherst, WI Whole House Water Filtration puts that work on a calendar for your Amherst, WI home so it does not slide.

A standard visit covers:

• Reading inlet and outlet pressure gauges and logging the drop
• Changing sediment and carbon cartridges on schedule
• Inspecting O-rings, housings and bypass valves for wear
• Checking backwash timing and drain flow on tank systems
• A quick chlorine test on the filtered side

That chlorine test is the simplest way to see if a carbon stage is spent. If the filtered water shows chlorine, the media needs attention, even if the taste seems fine to you.

We keep a record of each visit, so you can see how fast your system uses cartridges and whether the schedule should change. Homes with heavy sediment might need quarterly visits. Others can go twice a year.

You are never locked into a brand of cartridge for the life of a housing. We tell you which compatible sizes fit.
